A main objective for the new Medway Council website is that it is delivered with our users’ online needs front of mind.
As such, we have been asking website users to complete a survey when they land on our website to answer a few questions about their reasons for visiting the website, their satisfaction with the site and themselves. This service is managed by Socitm (the Society of IT Managers) and is run on a pop-up basis for every fifth visitor to the site. Visit www.medway.gov.uk to complete this survey.
This survey allows us to analyse online behaviour and compare it to other councils and public sector websites, but it is not specific to Medway users. As such we have developed a survey to delve deeper into your opinions of the existing website. Please complete the survey to tell us what you think.
