User testing is key to delivering a website this is useful, usable and used by you.
Throughout the project we will be running usability testing sessions – from card sorting to wire frame testing (as part of the design process) to online experience testing, to eyetracker testing.
If you would like to be involved in any of these sessions, please either sign up below with your name, contact email and your association with Medway (i.e. resident or employee of a Medway business) – or if you would prefer to keep your details private, please send an email to communications@medway.gov.uk.
We will select a sample to represent the full spectrum of Medway Council website users and notify you by email to arrange a convenient time.
